BETA Adult Pet Maintenance Dry Dog Food is a complete balanced diet for adult dogs with somewhat reduced activity levels, made with 20% protein. This diet includes added natural prebiotic to allow extra digestive support. The main ingredient is cereal, where 65% are wholegrain - healthier than processed cereal. The next largest ingredient is 'meat and animal derivatives' - animal derivatives are not a great protein source as the protein in them cannot be digested as well when compared to pure meat cuts, but there is some 'full meat' in there too. Overall, the diet is complete and balanced, just not from as well sourced ingredients in comparison to other diets.
