Very pleased with the service, my order arrived very soon after placing it. I bought Dentastix which were a very good price, I always buy them from Petshop as they are always cheaper than anywhere else. I also ordered Pointer gravy bone biscuits and rolls and both arrived undamaged, not one biscuit was broken so I was very pleased. Thank you.

These are a new find to me because the last people I was ordering off messed my order up and I need a specific diet food for my German Shepherd. Quick delivery was needed. I found these guys and they got what I needed out when I needed it. They don't pack 12kg dry food in stupid cardboard boxes that split. It's very slightly cheaper than what I was paying before.. so I will be ordering from here going forwards.. no fuss, no mess, no complications!!! That's a huge win these days!

First time customer Order yesterday came today outstanding performance from the company absolutely flawless. purchasing was easy online provided me with a confirmation email and tracking number shortly after purchase Arrived next following day company they used was DHL. I find Petshop to be an excellent company to buy my dogs food from. They keep in stock ATUU biscuits which my dog loves which are normally quite expensive, but Petshop sell at very competitive prices. Delivery was both inexpensive and next day. I won't buy from anywhere else. Petshop are a 100% trustworthy company to buy from and Id happily recommend them.

An excellent service, they contacted me to explain that the manufacturer of my regular dog food was discontinuing production so I needed to change my order, my previous supplier would have just told me "out of stock" when my repeat order was due
